As the impact of COVID-19 begins to grow across the country, the Australian government has moved to allow General Practice to commence telephone and video linked consultations. This is a temporary measure expected to last for six months.

Dulwich Family Practice has begun booking appointments for telehealth consultations; please call us to discuss your needs.

There are some situations where a face-to-face consultation is still required in order to provide best practice care. If it is necessary for you to attend the practice, please be assured that we have introduced measures to ensure that patients with respiratory symptoms are kept apart from otherwise well patients, by location and time.

If you are unwell with respiratory symptoms, you will not be turned away, but we do ask that you notify the practice BEFORE attending, so that we can ensure that you receive the best pathway for your care.
The health and wellbeing of all our patients and staff is our highest priority.
