Milestone Building Group is headed up by founder and Managing Director, Pat Matarazzo, a local to the Strathmore and Essendon area for over 15 years.

Pat has been constructing property in Ascot Vale, Moonee Ponds, Pascoe Vale, Oak Park, Strathmore, Essendon, Aberfeldie, Keilor, Brunswick, Coburg, Footscray and Yarraville since his early training days through to the present.

With over 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction and holding Master Builder certification, Pat takes a personal approach to every task, overseeing all projects first hand to ensure that it meets his enduring quality while also providing clients with a committed personal service.
