Sydney Remedial Builders Pty Limited (SRB) was established in the early 1990’s to undertake remedial and rectification building works in the metropolitan area of Sydney and the Central Coast. Simon Bennett is the founder, Managing Director and major shareholder of SRB and has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the building industry. Simon is a qualified Clerk of Works and provides the “hands on” management for SRB.

SRB’s corporate office is located in Manly Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and has grown from its initial team of ten to a well-known medium sized business with a team of over fifty.

SRB’s size allows the business to offer benefits to both clients and its staff and contractors. SRB is small enough to provide personalised service, ensuring that senior management can remain deeply involved in all the company’s activities. At the same time, the organisation is large enough to retain full time staff and sub-contractors through training and support, ensuring consistency in service provision covering all trades. Further to this, SRB’s size affords the business the capacity to take on jobs of most sizes from small residential issues to major works and has the ability to undertake jobs up to six million.

SRB has extensive knowledge of remedial and rectification works as well as legislative requirements including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental considerations, and strives to conduct its business with respect for the safety and welfare of its workers, clients, the community and the environment.
