We are happy to exchange within a 7 day period or provide a store credit - we do not refund for change of mind, please choose carefully and enjoy our pre-sales service.

We do not credit custom orders or sale items.

Please contact us on 02-9938-3030 immediately if there is a problem with the item that you have purchased, we will issue a "Return Authority" for you to return the goods to us within 7 days.

If the item is damaged on return we cannot issue a store credit or refund. Refunds will be applied in the same way that the goods were purchased less the shipping costs. Shipping costs of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer. The refund, store credit or exchange can only be transacted once the goods have been returned to Tropique, please allow up to 7 days for tyour refund or exchange to be processed.

The store credit is to be transacted within three months of date of issue and cannot be used for items on consignment, custom orders or external agent orders.
