Firstly, we are about communicating with you by listening, providing feedback, listening some more, keeping you informed throughout the process and being available to answer questions even after our job is finished. If applicable we can prepare 3D images, rendered drawings and an animated “walkthrough” of your design using our 3D architectural modelling software to help you fully appreciate your design.
Next, we make every effort to communicate effectively with council and other regulatory authorities by preparing plans and associated documents which clearly and accurately address their requirements. This aids the smooth and efficient approval of your application. As required at any stage up until construction is complete, we will directly contact council to make relevant enquiries on your behalf.
